Anytime you have a weekend immune system you can be more susceptible to things. But be prepared not scared so to speak. Boost your immune system with vitamin c such as with citrus fruits and other drink or foods that have vitamin c added. Get plenty of rest when you're able to, even if it means taking a daytime nap instead of sleeping hours at a time at night. Whatever works, don't let your guard down so to speak. Just take precautions and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure remember. Good rules are to wash your hands out in public especially, try to keep a distance because airborne things can only go so far, and don't share utensils,food, etc when eating out if you do. Plan ahead, take things cautiously. Remember it's cold and flu season.
