If we're going to go on nutrition stuff I don't know about broccoli benefit for this condition but I do know from trying it that steamed broccoli with brown rice seems to be a really tasty combination. I was surprised I didn't think I would like it but when I tried it I don't want it any other way now. There are many nutritional benefits to eating broccoli so I hope you have it regardless.
