I do not have anywhere else on my body. I cover my ears with my hair but when I have a bad flare up, it looks like I have dandruff. I use medicated shampoo for my hair and Mometasone Furoate Cream for my ears. The cream works pretty well but have to use it once a week or so. The bad part is if I get water in my ears, I get a really bad ear infection. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has the scalp psoriasis and how they deal.
Has anyone had the light therapy at the hospital? I have had 3 treatments and have already seen an improvement. How long did it take for your psoriasis to completely clear? Thanks guys :)

I'm too tired and weak to go running or to the gym so was thinking swimming would be my best bet but I'm worried that chlorine will irritate or cause my skin to flare and I don't want that when my skin is improving. If… read more
