I do not have anywhere else on my body. I cover my ears with my hair but when I have a bad flare up, it looks like I have dandruff. I use medicated shampoo for my hair and Mometasone Furoate Cream for my ears. The cream works pretty well but have to use it once a week or so. The bad part is if I get water in my ears, I get a really bad ear infection. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has the scalp psoriasis and how they deal.
Hi guys!
I have had psoriasis on my scalp for many years now. I have tried everything. I recently started juicing and have been adding Aloe Vera (4 teaspoons) to my juice in the morning. My inflamed scalp started clearing up immediately!
I thought at first it was the new shampoo I was using, but then just yesterday I read that Aloe Vera is excellent for psoriasis.
I buy it in liquid form from my health shop.
Cheers
Charlene
I'm newly diagnosed but my arthritic pain is primarily in my lower back and hips. I have severe morning stiffness and sometime can hardly walk after sitting for a while. (Just started treatment yesterday with methotrexate) Now in occasion I seem to have sporadic pains in my hands and feet. There's never any swelling or redness… read more
For the past 10 yrs, I've been suffering with Severe Plaque Psoriasis where it has taken over 80% of my body. I've been on Triamcinolone; Humira; & Otezla just to name a few treatments. I read on the internet that turmeric & avocado helps. Also, no tomato, liquor & soy intake.
I've been liquor free for the past 3 weeks. Lessened… read more

I have psoriasis for nearly 15 years since when I was a teenager, and it has always been very bad all over my scalp, forehead, behind my ears, along all the hairlines in the back and the front, I have to keep a particular hairstyle with lots of fringe in order to cover it in my forehead. There is a bit on my lower back, but not too much, just those on my scalp are very aggressive, red and thick skin, itchy, it's difficult to keep my hands off the head… read more
