Have you guys tried Aloe Vera?

Have you guys tried Aloe Vera?

Hi guys!

I have had psoriasis on my scalp for many years now. I have tried everything. I recently started juicing and have been adding Aloe Vera (4 teaspoons) to my juice in the morning. My inflamed scalp started clearing up immediately!
I thought at first it was the new shampoo I was using, but then just yesterday I read that Aloe Vera is excellent for psoriasis.
I buy it in liquid form from my health shop.

Cheers
Charlene

Anyone have scalp psoriasis and also in ears?

Anyone have scalp psoriasis and also in ears?

I do not have anywhere else on my body. I cover my ears with my hair but when I have a bad flare up, it looks like I have dandruff. I use medicated shampoo for my hair and Mometasone Furoate Cream for my ears. The cream works pretty well but have to use it once a week or so. The bad part is if I get water in my ears, I get a really bad ear infection. Just wondering if there is anyone out there that has the scalp psoriasis and how they deal.

10 year Severe Plaque Psoriasis

10 year Severe Plaque Psoriasis

For the past 10 yrs, I've been suffering with Severe Plaque Psoriasis where it has taken over 80% of my body. I've been on Triamcinolone; Humira; & Otezla just to name a few treatments. They've only been able to maintain it so it doesn't flare up that bad, so my doctor started Stelara. He also said the more sun, the better!

I read on the internet that turmeric & avocado helps. Also, no tomato, liquor & soy intake.

I've been liquor free for the past 3 weeks. Lessened… read more

My questions is does anyone know if that could cause serious harm to me. Cause now I'm running a fever and feeling really sick! My stomach hurts, I'm itchy, keep coughing too!

What exactly causes Psoriasis?

What exactly causes Psoriasis?

I have been trying to find what exactly causes this, The only thing I could figure was the basement wall between the dermis and epidermis fails, especially where the skin stretches and moves, causing the dead outer cells to come in contact with the living cells in the dermis triggering your body to produce a reaction similar to necrosis where there is no apopsis because the cells are not supposed to breakdown itself. I wondered if maybe jojoba oil or some similar anti-oxidant would… read more
