Koebner phenomenon, a reaction that causes new psoriasis plaques to form wherever you experience a skin infection or injury.

I work in a factory. I work in the metals department. So touching metal all day thats nickel platted. We use gloves but they make my hands sweat and itch. But if i dont wear them my hands instantly flare up. We also have to wear steel toe shoes so thats just extra heat. Its like 90 something in here. Extreamly hot. Suffering. Im wondering if maybe its time to find a new job or wait the 3 months for the otezla to fully kick in but its going to be hell

Anyone on long-term, low-dose (=/<5mg) Prednisone (or been previously)?

I'll be quick. My hands first started with an ungodly itch. That changed to small red bumps and small dry spots. Now my hands look like I have a been burned. They are red, peeling painful and still itching. Any help would be great.
My mom said i should see if a doctor could get me on it. It can treat anxiety, nausea, vomiting, allergies, skin rash, hives, and itching. Apparently also helps you sleep so thats a bonus since i cant sleep from itching. Have a drs appointment on the 3rd so hope we can talk about it.
Has anyone tried this? I kinda want to try it for my hands and feet and see if it helps in combination of the otezla and the lotions/ soaps im using.
