How many of you have pain bilaterally from PsA? I.E. both wrists....

I'm trying to decide if my Lupus is causing it or if my PsA is bilateral. I'm having pain in both wrists, elbows, hands, and ankles. The only unilateral areas are my si joint and hip.

My Humira is making my psoriasis worse so my doctor is adding [[treatment:[[treatment:Neoral:58d19085e1f26a0906180bf4]]:58d19085e1f26a0906180bf4]] to my list. They don’t want me on Methotrexate because of my age (32). I already have a weak immune system from my Fibromyalgia, even weaker now with Humira, and… read more

Looking for psoriasis friendly hand sanitizers

Looking for psoriasis friendly hand sanitizers

So I have pustular psoriasis on the palms of my hands and find that "normal" alcohol hand sanitizers cause flare ups. My new job requires me to use hand sanitizer frequently through out the day. I'm looking for any insight into "gentler" alcohol hand sanitizer or possibly non alcohol hand sanitizer that is still effective

Genital Psoriasis

Genital Psoriasis

This is a personal question, but since we are hopefully all mature adults maybe you could share, if not I totally understand. I'm wondering from a medical perspective and I have experienced it myself, has anyone ever experienced Genital Psoriasis. I did years ago and it was extremely uncomfortable and itched like crazy. My old Dermatologist said That "Psoriasis attacks anywhere where there is skin". Just wondering how common or uncommon is this condition from people like myself that suffer from… read more

Psoriasis and elevated ANA test

Psoriasis and elevated ANA test

Has anyone had a very highly positive ANA test that has been attributed to psoriasis? I had the test done years ago and I all I had at that time was psoriasis in the ear canal ( which I’d had for 20 years). Now I have it mildly in the scalp and the ears are much better. I’ve always wondered what triggered the high ANA result
