I have tried hydrocortisone cream and baby lotion but half way through the day my face looks like a lizard again .. I currently do not see a dermatologist because of insurance issues so I need something over the counter or a home remedie that won't make me break out! Thanks
Hi! I have used 100% natural coconut oil, make sure it is 100% pure, and use it all over.
You will be greasy for a bit, but if you are seriously dry, like me, it soaks in rather quickly.
I got the most benefit on my legs. They are not completely clear, but they haven't been "too active" for nearly a year.
You can buy it in a drug, health food or grocery store. Check the cooking aisle first. You can cook with it as well...it is actually good for that too. It will be hard at first. When you scoop it out and warm it in your hand, it immediately turns to oil. You probably want to do it standing in the shower if you need a lot bc you will drop!
I saw a pretty significant change by had next day. Pure Argan oil does a good job too!
I have psoriatic arthritis and I have the psoriasis pretty much from scalp to feet. In places one should not have itchy rashes!
I am in the process of starting Humira as soon as I can get the company to pay for it! With insurance, it would still cost me $2000 a month...NOT ACCEPTABLE. Not recommending for you bc you need a doctor to determine if you need a biological.
I just wanted to share a little of me with you!
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to write me. Plus I would love to know if it helps you...sending my most positive thoughts to you.
Take care.

Galaxal base. It is used by pharmacist to make medicated creams and i have great results unscented hypoallergenic and i can add stuff like glulycerine when needed
I use aragan oil at night too but add to galaxelbase in daytime if dry. I use this with glycerine or cerave cream on body as well both recommended by dermatologist and sold over the counter.
