I started juice plus capsules about two months ago. I take fruit, vegetables and berries capsules. My skin has never been bettet and my psoriasis is all cleared.

Emma i was recommended the capsules by a friend. I didnt think they would work as good as they did. The results amazed me. I have more and energy and as i said my skin is cleared at the minute. You have to take them 3/4 months to see the difference. I take fruit, veg and berries.

I your asking me...? I use phytoplankton.. from Sackville, NB. *on face book,or google it* and Organic sulfer..I get the sulfur from *Sanitas*..on line.I also use coconut oil..got off of msg, aspertame,Flouride in the water etc...also drink distilled water...ozonated..: ) also had all the fillings replaced in my teeth...have more energy..and my legs are clear..can wear shortss now...finally...hope this helps.
