Just curious to ask. Just looking advices and ideas. What did you receive when you went to see doctors? Those who didn't want treatment which it does get expensive to cover whatever insurance doesn't cover. What items do you use to deal with your skin? Did you have to change food diet as well? Laundry soap or anything.

Thank you

Jen

Food diet....that is going to be a big challenge for me to try since I love bread, diary so much :( how long it take you to adjust? Ill check out the cream and stuff you're telling me about. I may have to get my husband on board to help me through it for food diet changes. He's good at it but me not so much. Ill give it a shot for my skins to get better.

Ive tried acupuncture and it worked well but quite pricey so i couldnt afford to finish treatment and it came back. I use dovobet and i have so hemp cream which works very well. Ive taken gluten, dairy and red meat out of my diet which has helped a lot.
