I suffer from nail psoriasis, are there any cures for it or lotions that can take the awful look off them?

I used Kerasail nail ointment. It takes awhile, but works. The biologic I am just started taking also seems to be helping

I just kept nails short.

Had nail problems with every new flare. The only time healing process occurs is when I am on another biologic. I asked my dermatologist for help but there isn't anything specific for nails.
