I have found other allergies(food, environmental, etc) go hand in hand for me. Dust mite covers on everything (pillows, box springs, mattress) and laundry soap that is allergy & perfume free (Ecos) and no dryer sheets! In the beginning I was so bad we had to strip the dust mite covers and wash every week. Much improved now and don't do them nearly as often. When I travel I have to take dust mite cover, sheets and towels-makes a huge difference!

I do bc I sweat bad at night and being under the covers plus the heat running a lot will dry you out. Dark colors make it worse too. Plus cotton is the best.

Whatever they gave me, itch is always there. If I am too hot and it itches, apply something cold usually helps...

I'm the same and been on many different medications for the itch and it's still here I don't sleep properly and was at my dermatologist today and trying another med for both my psoriasis and my itch xxx

I have the same problem! The itching is insane ! One thing that aggravates is the fine hair on my legs...contacting sheets..etc. I can't shave...but use very small scissors to clip hairs away. It helps...but I wish there was an answer for all of us
