Hi guys!
I have had psoriasis on my scalp for many years now. I have tried everything. I recently started juicing and have been adding Aloe Vera (4 teaspoons) to my juice in the morning. My inflamed scalp started clearing up immediately!
I thought at first it was the new shampoo I was using, but then just yesterday I read that Aloe Vera is excellent for psoriasis.
I buy it in liquid form from my health shop.
Cheers
Charlene

I make fresh juice from various vegetables and fruit and add 4 teaspoons of Aloe Vera to that. It seems to be clearing up nicely .... it might be an idea to put aloe vera on the scalp as well!
A friend of mine recommended Aloe Vera after seeing my skin was really suffering from psoriasis and other complications. At the time I was under the care of a top skin specialist and was due an appointment in a couple of weeks time. Gave the Aloe a try and it was like a miracle had happened, my skin made vast improvements in just a week. On my appointment day the specialist had bought in a number of students to peer at my body but was stunned at the improvements. I also suffer with Coeliacs disease and could only think the Aloe had helped my gut which in turn helped my skin. 2 years on my skin problems have returned but nowhere as severe as before. Must be worth a try.
Great Shesu1. Mine has cleared up very nicely. I am also detoxing by drinking Honeybush since a week ago. My scalp is in a really good way at the moment!
Am definitely going to try this as nothing topical has worked for me so far!
Day 3 - still seeing improvement. skin is softer. scales minimal and soft. Thank you again..
I have this itch, always in the same place on my arm, if I scratch it, I will bloody myself for hours, only ice helps. Suggestions?
