@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member I'm not sure with your legs if it's redness, inflammation, or areas that have plaque buildups and may even open areas that have been scratched at.
I deal with the redness after showers. Best to describe is a sunburn. What I found relieving was aloe vera gel. If you need something also to soothe the sting and pain, you can get one's with lidocaine in it too or just a spray.
You can even just have aloe vera gel and have it chilled too, for the cool comfort.

My father had scalp psoriasis and found zinc pyrithione was very helpful. He used Top Brass hair dressing, which contains this ingredient, and it worked very well to control his scalp psoriasis.
