Can this ointment (Betamethasone DP 0.05) also, be used on the elbows and knees. Since it says scalpt treatment, I was just wondering? My doctor prescribed this ointment for me. It really is not helping, just used a couple of weeks though. I am seeing a new docotr, as the one I was seeing has transferred to another clinic. I went to my appointment and was advised there was a new doctor, not very impressed at the moment. Thank you
