I have recently been diagnosed with nail psoriasis I'm currently using enstilar and dermovate it was going sp well , but now its starting to creep back , the doc says next time I see them , they are going to recommend injections as most avenues have been covered , is there anything else I could do to help with my nails , I am also taking Star flower oil capsules and vitamin d3 as I've been told it is good for your skin , any advice would be much appreciated 🤞
