Has Anyone Tried A More Natural Approach? If So What Did You Try And What Worked?

Has Anyone Tried A More Natural Approach? If So What Did You Try And What Worked?

After being on Methotrexate and ending up poisoned from it the doctor took me off of it and left me on the humira. The humira has worked great for pain but I am still having joint deformity. I am also starting to notice Lupus symptoms, heart palpitations, eye twitching and personality change. I would like to go off the humira and try something more natural for the rash and pain.

Look into LDN stands for low dose nalextrone. It is not covered by insurance but not expensive. It is made in a medical lab and must be prescribed by a doctor. It has helped me so much.

Just tried coconut oil on belly button that flakes endlessly in and 2" out from there. Costly Dovobet prescrip ran out. Coconut oil seems to help. After 1 night flaking stopped. Might be worth trying. Plus it's great for teeth and gums. ;-) :-)

I have been on multiple biologics which all failed me after a few months. I vowed to find my own solution to my psoriasis. I first learned what triggers this..... and for me its spices, too much gluten, and extreme hot and cold. I also learned if you want to put up a fight then it has to be both internal and external. A friend turned me onto an oral supplement called Lucraderm which is a powder that you drink. I use t gel for my scalp and the occasional steroid ointment if I need a little boost. But I'm off the biologics and not going back. I found the oral supplement on Lucraderm.com. I'm about 90% clear and pray I stay this way. Best of luck to you all!
