Anyone Tried Coconut Oil, It Help You ?

Just tried coconut oil on belly button that flakes endlessly in and 2" out from there. Costly Dovobet prescrip that works well applied every 3-7 days ran out. Coconut oil seems to help. After 1 night flaking stopped. Just red and smooth. I'll continue to see if red goes away like Dovobet did. Might be worth trying. Oddly enough, the dollar tree carries a coconut creme that helps. it comes in a jar. My daughter has psoriasis also and lives hours away. The last time I went to visit, she had some on her bath vanity. I had to smile that although we were miles apart, we both had the same creme. It helps moisturize which helps lessen the itch. :-)

I started applying coconut oil last year,(2018), it does help alot. I've gone through periods when I haven't used it and the flakes returned.
When I'm able I apply it a cpl times a day.
Soaking in a bath with coconut oil feels AWESOME and is very relaxing

Update : Seems little effect after 2nd night of application. Scales coming back. Just took couple nights for them to reform since scraping off before 1st appliaction night. :-s
