Organic cold-pressed castor oil was recommended to me. It does seem to be more settled at the moment. Not as greasy as it sounds.

I have also, doctor gave me a steroid cream for face use only, not making much difference so I put some capasal shampoo on the patches. Not recommended but that what I do. Coal tar seems to have an affect.

My derm gave me pimecrolimus (Elidel). It's a cream that is safe for around the eyes and the outside of the ears. It works well for me.
