You can get turmeric pills anywhere. I e been using them for about 6 months haven’t seen much of a result. First acupuncture was Friday and will go back next Friday for acupuncture and then they will start me on herbal Chinese medicine. Will keep you updated on how that works. Also using at home

I have an appointment this Friday with an herbalist. Hoping to see a change. Otezla made me sick to my stomach so I quit that. I take Turmeric pills in the evening. I also had the Dr. order light box that I have at home. So fingers crossed.
