Tanning will only sort it out for a couple of weeks so not worth the risk of skin cancer for such a short gain. Go for a mild dose of dovebet which would give a longer relief.

Yes I have to deal at times with the face. I stopped sugar and ate green veggies the darker the better. Berries of all kinds. My vitamin D3 was increased and monitored. It takes weeks 2,3,4,5,6 an more BUT that was the answer for me.
