I use the higher percent coal tar Walmart brand of Tgel

I’ve used a coal tar shampoo for over 30 years (Denorex 9% coal tar). I have tried others being it is on the expensive side for shampoo but I have always gone back to it.

I use T-gel and coconut milk as a conditioner. Sine I’ve been using the combination, everything is gone!

As for a shampoo....i use Argan oil in the Tresamme brand shampoo/copnditioner.

Lotion Cetaphil in jar form only to put on nape of where scalp meets back of neck everyday after getting out of shower. Make sure the area is pat dry and somewhat moist before putting on this lotion.
