I have had severe flare up of psoriasis all over This started after virus in December 2018
I hate it this time because it is on my face Is there a cream that will be soothing on my face
This happened a year previous and I had light treatment and it cleared but at moment I am waiting to see specialist once again and this is taking ages My GP sent urgent referral still waiting and hurting
I know it sounds crazy but, try Vicks on your breakout. It has been a godsend to me.
Lukewarm wash cloth with Eucerin calming body wash that has Omega 3 in it (it is like an oil) . to shower with and use on face-coat the whole face. Also Cetaphil lotion in the (jar only) and use this method every day. Drink lots of water. Face should clear in about a month. The one thing i am hating about severe psoriasis is that it takes longer than I initially thought to produce any results.
You could try coconut oil. Be careful with the cleanser you use so it doesn’t irritate you
I have used a tanning booth to help. I only do 4 to 5 min sessions to start.
