SCALP PSORIASIS
I have bad scalp psoriasis. It just use to be in a small spot, now it entire scalp and ears. Small spots developing on forehead and eye lids. Any idea's would be appreciated. It's driving me insane.

I mixed up coconut oil and apple cider vinegar. Put it on my scalp over night. It’s helped with the build up and the itching. I’ve just done it one time so not sure how long it helps.
