I swear by Cera Ve Itch Relief Moisturizing Cream. You can even keep it in the fridge and apply cold....lovely!

I use emu oil soap it helps! Also I soak in Dead Sea salt water it helps with loosening plaques!

I love goat milk lotions or Burts Bees products. These seem to absorb nice and my skin is looking alot better in the last year using these products.

When i have a flare i use shampoo as a body wash as well as shampoo active ingredient Coal Tar. Works great when im in remission i use Dove Mouse
