Julessss, absolutely 💯 agreed.
I think everyone is different, a lot of it is balancing your gut, cutting out gluten, sugar, etc. Creams work for some others take biologics it’s truly just a trial and error process!
Julessss, If one really thinks about it, Isn't almost Everything Trial & Error; Live & Learn... Funny how one begins to see similar in most all things, if you are lucky to be around long enough to notice Them..
Saw a tiny bit of Sunshine today, I think there will be More to follow, fantastic. Sleep easy, 😴 Julessss
I would think try starting with creams like z o r y v e, dovonex, or vtama.. which are all non-steroidal. See which ones an insurance will approve, and if those are not the most useful depending on how your system responds, then you might want to go to something oral like otezla. These are the ones with least harmful effects that I'm aware of and yet the pill of course will have some digestive risk of upset depending on how strong or weak your GI tract is. It is most agreed that everybody responds differently so it's kind of trial and error to what works and what is just like useless. We don't know until we try it
