Olive (leaf, Oil) Supplements

A MyPsoriasisTeam Member asked a question 💭
Bend, OR

Anyone take olive oil or olive leaf extract? The science is really exciting and I'm definitely going to get some high quality EVOO. It sounded like some of the anti-inflammatory benefits are in higher quantities in the leaf, so I've been looking at glycerine extracts or possibly making an infusion myself.

Any suggests/thoughts/experiences?

I have used olive leaf and neem leaf and found it worked wonderfully for the arthritis in my pinky. I used to get pain in my ankle or knee too. Worked great for me! It's been a while since I have taken it. I was taking 9-12 tablets in divided does a day for at least 3 months.
