I've tried Duobrii with some success. It's good at cutting through the plaques but is VERY strong so I don't use it all the time. I "peel" for weeks after applying it very sparingly.

Thank you for the info. I do believe every treatment is best used early after diagnosis but that is not always possible. Ask him/her about Duobrii. See comment above. I will be asking my dermatologist about it next month.

Wow. Thanks for the info. I'm sorry about your bad experience. There is a new topical called Duobrii you should check out. I attended a seminar on it by one of the doctors involved in the clinical study and it looks promising.
