I track many potential triggers, this past week the environmental mold spore count has been really high where I live. I have also been experiencing worse symptoms all week. Has anyone else noticed a correlation between high mold count and worse symptoms? If so, how do you manage?
Yes. Cope w/ antihistamine (i.e. allegra generic or zyrtec generic as these work best in studies), mask when outside and showering twice daily. Antihistamines are very individual and none of them help 100% of people according to studies out there.
