Hi I have been using calcipotrine cream and betamethasone for a long time and it seems like it’s not working in a lot of spots anymore

I never seen a rheumatologist just a Dermatologist

If calcipotriene cream and betamethasone are no longer effective for your scalp psoriasis, consider discussing the following options with your dermatologist:

- Fluocinolone Topical Oil: This topical steroid can treat the entire scalp and might be a good alternative
