At Home Injection Of Biologic The First Injection?

I am going to be starting a biologic this week for the first time. My derm's office said that they are not doing the first injections in the office due to COVID, and linked me to the video from the biologic's website for training. I always thought the first injection should be done by the healthcare professional and then after training, they would let you do it at home. Yes it is however some would do it in the office and go through the process. I was terrified for that first shot but it really is super easy to do. I think most use the tummy but some do the top of the leg. The main thing is to remember to take your shot out and let it warm up a bit before you inject.
