Yes, it hurt to lay my head on a pillow even. I use Tgel Original and alternate it with Dermarest . I only wash my hair twice per week. I find these shampoos dry my hair out so I also use Redkin Extreme fortifying conditioner. It’s 99% naturally derived ingredients. I use gel, paste and hair spray extremely minimally and it is all clear in color with no fragrance. Blow dryer is on medium heat and medium force.
I started trying Psoriasis shampoos 1 at a time. Then progressed 1 item at a time. I have worked on this since 2018.
I also am on a biological injection, biweekly and a booster injection, weekly.
I realize this is a lot and may or may not help you but my hope is to cut down on the experiment time for you or anyone else going through this.
