Any Dietary Recommendations For Calming Down Scalp Psoriasis?
I'm having a lot of flare ups lately. I'm trying to alter my diet (which right now is a generally healthy diet, but I have 0 dietary restrictions other than no avocados). Does anyone have any recommendations for foods to add to or cut from your diet to help calm scalp psoriasis flare ups? Thanks so much!
Hey Braee. Pure celery juice is a great place to start - let us know how you go! Good luck - I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with the results after a month.
I quit all nightshades about 5 years ago - tomatoes, potatoes, aubergines, bell peppers etc and went alcohol, gluten and dairy free. It was a huge and radical change but I had tried absolutely everything (steroids, creams, light therapy) and didn’t want to go down the route of expensive injections that may or may not work. My psoriasis used to cover 75% of my body (my legs, ankles and elbows being the worst affected) and now I’m totaly clear. Having seen so much about The Medical Medium, I now have a large glass of pure celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach - it has truly worked wonders and I emplore everyone on this forum to try it.
Psoriasis is a tricky disease. It effects everyone differently. I know gluten, sugar, and for some dairy are triggers. If you have plaque psoriasis? You might look at Lucraderm it is an all natural powder you drink once a day, best wishes on your journey.
Avoid soap made from castic soda.
I just ordered the liver rescue book from him & the celery juice one glad to see it helped someone
