I had an injury that required antibiotics. Shortly after that I got flares even being on my special diet. I doubled down on probiotic foods like fermented foods and took some probiotics recommended my Dr. and upped my B12 till things started calming down again. Now things are back in maintenance mode.

If you took or were given antibiotics, ask your Dr about Probiotics. Also avoid dairy, gluten and other common triggers if you can. This word diet should take you to a link with more info.

I'm one of the lucky ones with discomfort rather than severe pain. Diclofenac meant I didn't really have a serious problem, so having to stop taking it was a wakeup call for me. Diclofenac gave me my life back but overstressed kidney's took it away again. I'm seeing a Rheumatologist at the hospital shortly, so it will be interesting to see what poisons I get to try.

Well I managed to trip on the bottom steps of a spa pool the other day and then landed on them like a sack of coal. I must have done some damage because I could hardly walk the next day so lets see what happens I guess.
