Has anyone had psoriasis attack under the nail bed of your finger nails that go septic which no amount of antibiotics will help.

Thanks for your reply I have tried that I use Epson salts all the time and have tried lavender oil and various other oils as well but nothing helps

try soaking in Epsom salt in warm water with lavender oil.
