Avoiding stress and alcohol helped but only medication really got it under control

Im so glad its getting better. Mine did too. The bottom of my feet still are just so so but baby steps.

No unfortunetly it did not help alot. I started using Epsom salt with lavendar. I changed my diet & used mineral oil everywhere. Is it painful & peeling?
