My health insurance (Cigna) is not going to cover my in home UVB Davelin 4 series machine as prescribed by my dermatologist. Has anyone dealt with their insurance and could you offer any advice or treatment options? I plan on appealing the decision. I only have the psoriasis on my forearms.
