I actually don't take any. I eat a very healthy diet and have my blood work done on a regular basis. My vitamin D3 was pretty much non existent. I tried taking vitamin D meds that were prescribed to me. They make me sick, no matter how I took it. So my Dr took me off. I now live in Arizona, since last October. My vitamin D in my blood work is perfect now. The sunshine here compared to Seattle WA is much much better. It was a great move for me!

Are you letting the sun at your face ? We need 15 mins. per day of sun and to let it at our skin and if possible scalp. for those who are Muslim this can be hard to do but in privacy they can try and do this. Vit D is important. Take care everyone. At the moment my Psoriatic arthritis is very painful. I hope you all have a nice weekend. God bless you allπŸ™‚ x

I can only say again if you want a natural medication, please try Psorclear for Psoriasis. It has definitely worked for me even better than biologics and without the nasty side effects!!!
All info can be found on psorclear.com

As far as any vitamins go I listen to my doctor who does bloodwork. My bloodwork indicated very low vitamin D, low potassium, and low magnesium. I am now on prescription medicines for them and they are back to normal. My doctor said that taking extra vitamins when yours are normal is not recommended. I was concerned about the B vitamin but mine is normal. I would think getting your blood tested first is a good idea before taking extra supplements. Just my opinion.
