medications for SA

I have tried pretty much all the medications (oral and injectable) for SA and nothing has helped. Has anyone else had the experience?

The only thing that has ever helped me with any of my neurological issues was methotrexate and the only thing díd was help me recover my cognitive thinking and my remembering memory i thank God for that
