They have so many on the market but everyone reacts differently so you just need to pick one to start. It can get really expensive trying to find one. You might want to try a tar shampoo. You can use oil(coconut) on scalp at night cover with a shower cap and shampoo in the morning. I have tried for several years to find something that helps but haven’t yet. Biologics cleared it but I’m now allergic to them. Best of luck

Try MG 217 with Tar. I get it from Amazon. They have one with salicylic acid for scales, but the tar one helps with itch.
