Si since I last wrote I did a lot of reading and stumbled across Hanna Sillicoe books and organic products from UK. It’s all about healing the gut biome. I started her multi-strain biotic and have noticed a remarkable response. My psoriasis is almost completely gone. I recommend speaking with your doctor first. My primary care is a naturopathic doc and she approved.
I am not on any systemic medicine or biologic, and I stopped the lotions and creams. This is miraculous.

I have been using Wild Naturals shampoo and conditioner for quite awhile. I have had a couple of flares and the dermatologist recommended alternating T/Gel and T/Sol shampoo. I used T/Gel thus morning. Smells medicinal, has to be left on for several minutes before rinsing, and you must be sure not to get it in your eyes. However, my scalp is less itchy today…
