Early stages it's not just strength,I was 21 when my psoriasis started I'd had painful joints since I was 18 and once I had psoriasis they connected the two saying yes you have psoriatic Arthritis I went from clear skin to being hospitalised ,tar bathes creams and wrapped up like a mummy soul destroying anyway had this treatment over the years nothing really helps but the sun is good makes it look worse before getting better little and often moistureise sea salt baths are good too, swimming good for you although I wouldn't because people ran in other direction thinking it was infection I wish it was then they would have found a cure,I'm 70 years old now people are more educated these days so don't worry,I've tried every cream potion and diet I found no cures I must admit I don't have sugar anymore in tea and coffe that's all don't let people rip u off just take care,remember psoriasis is just an acellularatin of skin cells .
