Your view and suggestions are very much appreciated. Two factors among others you said are absolutely fitting us. My wife likes sugar and carry lot of stress. We have to work on it immediately. Though signs are improving slowly, we need to take it far enough not to face remission. Will you please say your experience on other aspects like fermented food, sour fruits, grains, milk and its products etc. It shall help me further deep down on actions to be taken by us.
You well said there is no one size for all. But we need to try one by one all.
Thanks

I also have Palmoplantar (palmo=palms or hands; planter = feet or soles of feet) P. However, I have learned to control it as best I can using diet mainly and help from a great medical team. I was diagnosed 13 years ago, and it was hard to understand it all in the beginning. Mostly I have found it is trial and error as to what suits oneself, and what does not. What works for some, may not work for others so it is a guessing game really but you have to be vigilant about it. I still used meds, but have learned a lot from researching the condition.
One MAJOR RED FLAG, is SUGAR! If your wife eats sweet things, has sugar in coffee and tea, drinks soft drinks etc., please get her to stop. Sugar makes everything so much worse. Another thing to remember isa that STRESS will also cause flare-ups so its important to learn how to meditate and keep stress away from your wife.
Diet is really important too.... eat lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and despite what some tell you that fruit is full of sugar...its not. It has its own sweet system called Fructose and won't cause flare-ups.
One other thing is, keep your body an Alkaline system, not an Acidic one.
