I just got through doing a 15-day detox I received my kit from One Life USA and it has a cloves black walnut and wormwood and you gradually work yourself into the max and I'll be honest with you I feel better I seem like I have more energy have more of a Happy feeling but it hasn't helped anything else though but I feel cleaner and besides my you massage therapist told me she wouldn't go any further unless I did so and hopefully get to the root of my serious back pains it's awesome to share good luck
