Prescription Dovobet gel works well. Sometimes overnight. Few days max. I combined an anti-fungal jic. Off shelf 1% Cortisone (anti-itch) cream usually works but maybe not as fast.Combine it with Polysporin anti-biotic gel pain reliever. ;-) A vinegar soak in cotton ball under band-aid may help. ;-) Tea tree oil maybe.
