Does anybody Believe that Psoriasis is one of The Gods' Lessons in Life?
Hi Art, yes I think there are many more of us who actually do believe in God, and no I don't believe P is a punishment from God. I believe it is a warning that we have something out of balance in our bodies and we NEED to do something about getting it right. We all eat way too much processed foods in western cultures and we should really understand what people ate before the 1900's. They did not have these insidious conditions we are having today, and many of them have been brought on by the processed, convenient food we eat today. God sends us warnings and if we do not heed them, we suffer the consequences, I believe.
Remember, Paul had a thorn in his side.
God can use anything we’re going through to bring Glory to Him. To bring us closer to Him. Stay in prayer and stay in the Word.
It does Ash. I'm learning Herbalism at the moment.... but very slowly.
Maybe we are listening to the wrong 'advice' or maybe we aren't listening at all.
Or maybe the messages coming from God, are 'not getting through' to us.
Or maybe we are all looking in the wrong places for help.
I really don't know, but I am learning a few things from my spiritual advisor.... and she tells me that the biggest problem we all have, is understand our gut. If we don't get our gut bacteria back into balance (which means only eating natural foods and drinking distilled or purified water, no soft drinks, teas and herbal teas), then we will continue to have various conditions arise in our bodies.
My hubby works in a biscuit factory, and he tells me things about what goes into bought biscuits. How about ammonia? Did you know they use ammonia in factory made biscuits? I didn't. So now, I prefer to make my own occasionally, otherwise I just don't eat them.
Hey Cheeky... what I think I know of God is that it behaves in mysterious ways. What Im basically saying in my Q&A post is: maybe God-the entity that possibly created Us, is telling Us something, in Our bodily language, like a lesson in life. For Example: If one has a problem with their liver they may have a rash on their ankle. Perhaps it's a sign or symptom [lesson is life] that we have to pay attention to so that we can find the Cure/answer. If that makes any theological sense.☺️
I think the lesson is to see the surface damage as a reflection of the damage within.
