Im having trouble walking or standing for any length of time because of the PSA in my big toes and Im stuck wearing the only shoe that allows me to move half normal which is a summer slide made by (Chaco) the problem Im having its winter time now.

Does anyone have this big toe issue and what have you done that has helped you? Taping toes, padding toes or orthotics.

@Angela0551… No its not gout not red or painful to touch and it was ruled as PSA flare.

That is good. That is one diagnoses. I do have pain that jumps around to different toes.

Judy76…. No it’s nothing like gout My mother gets gout on occasion that’s brutal although my big toes hurt it only when Im trying to stand or walk for any length when it starts to rear its ugly head … makes wearing shoes difficult because majority of them agitate it.
