Skyrizi is a biologic and that does mean that you are immune compromised . This means your immune system's ability to fight infections is lowered . So hand washing , hand sanitizers , staying away from people with colds , flu , and other contagions , as well as keeping your health up as much as possible are important against becoming sick . I am also on skyrizzi. I have not been sick so far but I do take precautions when going out in public. I wear a mask per my doctor's advice.

I am on Skyrizi, but unlike corticosteroids(Prednisone) which lowers overall immunity, it targets a certain area that causes psoriasis. My last blood work showed a slight below normal white blood count. I have not gotten sick or caught things that are going around.
