Hi today I am thinking on Psoriasis and how debilitating it can be, so how can we lift our spirits?
I sit down and remember that there are many people in the world far worse off than what I face every day.
This allows me to refocus:
I have clean water, a roof over my head. I can walk, talk & hear. I am breathing and choose to live the best life I can. When I have a bad day, I am going to choose to get up and do something I love, just for me. I going to think about you and pray for you that you have a good day every day by choice.
Hope this helps someone today💕Love and hugs
Sylvia from Australia 😀

I've never had anyone be even slightly interested in my affliction. That's why I'm here, to find like minded people.

I'm on facebook and LinkedIn. If you're lookin for friends, hit me up - but let me know you're from NPF or I'll think you're spam

I understand, I have had psoriasis since I was 8 years old. You can imagine my teen years. It was awful, I had psoriasis over 75% of my body. My family was supportive, but no one understood the emotional toll it takes on us. I'm now 48 years old, I'm clear, but I am taking an injection twice a month to keep my skin clear. I also have psoriatic arthritis the injection really helps with this too. Please reach out if you ever need any support, I certainly know how lonely and emotionally challenging this can be.

I think that’s the worst part of having this is not everybody understands what’s going on with your body they look at you and think you look fine there’s nothing wrong with you and I really wish there was more support groups and now I don’t know what medicine is going to work I was really disappointed with not being able to take the Methotrexate and some of these meds the side effects are too much I guess I’m just confused right now hopefully it will get better!! Thanks for listening and I hope everyone is doing good❤️
