What can you use and how to reduce severe itching on your back. (Along with ever other body part and scalp)?

I use Vaseline body cream, not the lotion as soon as I get out of the shower all over. Then I use my triamcinolone just on the plaques. I used to use medicated Denorex shampoo for the scalp.
