Hey Joanne6, how's it going?
I Apex quite a bit when trying to Understand this Neverending Condition. It leads Me to Believe Time and Time again that there may be an Underlining Condition Squawking out for Help. Perhaps The Signs and Symptoms that We may Exhibit as Human Beings are the Way Our Wonderful Bodies make this Cry for Help. The Answer? Standard Physicals is all We can do. Talk to Your Physician a bit and tell Him where it Hurts.
This is their Job-It's what they do.🧑‍⚕️
From what I know.... Technology is at an all Time High now-a-days.
Whether it's the Healthy Food We Eat or the Standard Surgery that We may Undergo, the Chances of Foul Ups, Bleeps or Bloopers are Slim2None.
So, I think We just have to take Care of Ourselves and make the Right Decisions in Life. As for getting Aboard the Ark for a Good Healing, I do not know about that.... maybe someday it will be a reality🙂
I Hope You are doing Well Joanne6, have a Great Weekend.💛

I'ma do what The Good Lord wants me to do. HE knows how fed-up, angry, and just plain old chompin' at the bit I am to put a military uniform back on and go settle some things with the russians permanently!!! But Almighty GOD wishes for me to walk more like a Saint, and less like an angry Soldier. It's difficult for me, not gonna lie, I have that "sheepdog" mentality, and it wants to protect others, and do WhatEver it takes to do so.

2023? Resolution Vitamin D

https://www.mypsoriasisteam.com/resources/vitam...

My me time today included trying to understand more about Vitamin D. I learned that researchers now think people with psoriasis may have a harder time getting this vitamin from food and drinks because of intestinal issues that can come along with these conditions. People with darker skin have similar issues processing sunlight into D. Low levels can make psoriasis worse and also lead to osteoporosis. I sent off for at home testing by mail, available around the world. https://omegaquant.com/vitamin-d-test/

Lose an additional 50 pounds! Continue on this healthy journey and continue to kick it’s (__|__) 😝

Help my family, teach another 15 children how to swim (and a few adults), and look at condos in Florida so I can be a snowbird in the next couple of years!

@A MyPsoriasisTeam Member I hear you—get out of that 💩hole! I thought I’d look up your info and it would say you’re in Jersey too…but NJ, according to our cray cray Gov, is little CA!

Peace to all in ‘23 ✌🏼☮️✌🏼
