Members shared varied experiences with joint replacements for psoriatic arthritis, with several reporting successful outcomes including one member whose 2007 total knee replacement is still working well, and another who received a titanium big toe joint that eliminated years of severe pain and swelling. Many members emphasized that while joint replacement can provide significant pain relief and improved mobility, the disease may still affect surrounding tendons and ligaments, and some experienced complications like initial rejection, infection, or continued inflammation in the replaced joint. A recurring theme was the importance of weighing individual circumstances, including the need for ongoing caregiving responsibilities, managing recovery challenges, and recognizing that autoimmune conditions can sometimes cause inflammatory responses to implants, though most members expressed satisfaction with their decision to proceed with surgery when pain became debilitating.

One biopsy result came back negative, but still waiting to see if I have H.Pylori. I doubt it. I think that everything is stress. Having a glass of Merlot after our trip to Home Depot. He wanted to fit a sheet of plywood in the car. He had it cut 2' X 8'. Still will not fit in the car. Okay, how about moving me all the way forward placing it overhead? No. How about down the passenger side? Do I leave the door open? How about to my left hitting the front window and bending the mirror? Yes, but driver can not see his right side. I can not see the speedometer to yell at him for 20MPH over the limit or what's coming on his left. Well at least he can not grab me either. Once on the main highway he needs to pee! Signal on and go to the right side that he can not see. Open the back door, but the oncoming traffic can see him!! Open my door. OOPs, I see you! Men Keys will be taken away from him shortly!

Tanveer, have you had any problems from your replacement surgeries? My legs are crooked causing the wear, if I straighten them through exercising I might not ever need a replacement. I am working on my shoulder due to sloping shoulders over my artwork. With PT, hopefully, I will build my posture to prevent a replacement in the future, too.

Justin. no Ps does not cause strokes.

I am still walking with no pain, only some grinding and the muscles do not want to work getting me up the stairs. Old age, overweight, but no pain.

I stepped on Sophie's tail. She still has not forgiven me yet. Good day sewing with my sister. I made pizzas for lunch. Always a suprise. Too tired to do any more. Hot tea with local honey and the news?
